Refund Policy

1. Overview

All MockFold subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or Paddle's refund policies. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Manage subscription in your account menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date.

No prorated refunds or credits will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period when you cancel, except where required by law.

3. Switching plans

If you switch between plans, the price difference for the rest of the current billing period may be prorated. The amount charged or credited is shown before you confirm the switch.

4. Your statutory rights

Customers in certain jurisdictions may be entitled to statutory withdrawal or refund rights, including a 14-day withdrawal period where applicable. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. How to request a refund

Purchases processed through Paddle. For customers outside the United States and Canada, Paddle.com is our online reseller and the Merchant of Record. Paddle administers refunds in accordance with its Refund Policy and may approve refunds at its discretion, including where required by consumer protection laws. To request a refund for a Paddle purchase, visit paddle.net.

Purchases processed through Stripe. For customers in the United States and Canada, contact us at hello@mockfold.com with the email address on your account.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.

6. Deleting your account

Deleting your account immediately cancels any active subscription. Access to paid features ends right away, and payments already made, including for the remainder of the current billing period, are not refunded, except where required by applicable law.
